I'm trying to figure out what teams have what picks in the 1st round of the next draft. I could go through all the transactions for the last 2 years or just ask you folks.
    So, I know.....
Buffalo's pick belongs to Calgary for TK.
A Rochester pick belongs to Edmonton, from Colorado for Prout.

If you know any others, post them. Thanks.

key question is whether philly will draft and sign an impact player or draft **sigh** a project.
top projects are joel white and brian karalunas - helluva battle for best pole in college ball today.
but neither should be drafted among the top 3 given the depth of impact players coming out this summer.

    Crowley and Keough

Is it safe to say that Crowley and Keough will be the first two picks this year or am I missing somebody?

Very nice work, Camel. well done.
I still wonder about Toronto's pick. For some reason I thought it was moved. I'll do some checking on it.

I don't beleive it totally works that way though. That might be the draft order given the end of regular season results, but I believe the draft order is assembled after playoffs are done. In particular, the Championship winning team would be seeded last.

I believe it is Buffalo's first pick next year that what was traded for Kelusky.

Nope its the first rounder this draft - taken from a press release dated October 6, 2010 - http://www.nll.com/article.php?id=4637

The Calgary Roughnecks have traded their longtime captain, Tracey Kelusky, to the Buffalo Bandits.
The veteran forward and a third round selection in the 2011 Entry Draft go to Buffalo, while Calgary receives a first-round selection in 2011.

Anyone know why a First Round Draft slot (and one overall pick) is missing entirely? It just looks odd.

    from insider

note: Buffalo does not have a first-round pick in 2011. In 2009, the Orlando Titans traded their first-round pick (10th overall) to the Bandits for Buffalo’s second-round pick (19th overall) in 2009 and their 2011 first-round pick. The Bandits used that 2009 pick to get Kyle Clancy and the Titans have since folded, rendering the 2011 first-round pick non-existent).

I won't lie. I saw that this thread was started in 2011 and that it had semi-recently been bumped and was worried that I was the one who had bumped it for some sort of **** disturbing reason....
