I am travelling on Wednesday Nov. 23, ultimately headed for Baltimore MD.

Since I'm not leaving until 330pm or so, I'm figuring I would hypothetically hit Buffalo right smack in the middle of afternoon rush hour.

Will probably cross at NF or Peace, and grab I90E towards Batavia, or maybe Rochester before turning South.

    My question for a local:

Is the evening traffic going to be FUBAR'ed more than normal given that it is the day before Thanksgiving?

I know what it looks like leaving Toronto the day before our Thankgiviing weekend, and it ain't pretty!

Peace Bridge is normally FUBAR'ed. I work within sight of the bridge and I am glad any day I don't have to cross there. I think holidays are normally a lot worse, and most people in that area will be leaving work early (on the US side). After you get over, it should be easier down I190N. The times I have crossed, I have had better luck at the Rainbow Bridge in NF.
