    good read - i wonder if AP can comment on any of this?

    basically the franchise fee had to kept sacred @ $3-million or else approving the sale would had ruined any chance of getting that in the future. not that it mattered as that was the last of expansion fee money. jj ran out of greater fools to fool.

    Those who got in on the ground floor or second floor at much lower price at least had a fighting chance.

    so at the end of the day
    orlando got a relocated franchise and ended up folding anyways
