And, it is mid May, and, not a soul in the world is presently giving a **** about the NLL.

    Congratulations, Sak.

Just noticed that not a single post since Friday afternoon........and, if the twenty or so actives here are not thinking NLL, one can infer that the only folks that are, are those who already hold tickets to one of the final series games.

My interest will return next season.

But I still have no desire to watch the NLL in June.

I’ve been checked out since the Bandits last game. This delay is an absolute joke, season should be done by now.

I haven't posted much this season because, usually, I have time and opportunity to watch/post that I have not had since the season began. For similar reasons, I haven't been able to be passionate either like doing analyses. Next season I should be back in full force - especially given Wings 3.0 and Seals added to mix.

    THAT SAID....

I am finding that I really don't care for streaming much with NLL TV.
I don't want to stream on my phone because it's too small. Furthermore I am in the middle of cataracts surgery. When done, I will have great distance vision but MUST have glasses for up close viewing like on my phone. Meanwhile, streaming on my computer makes it difficult to use my computer for other things. So, either I need something like Chromecast or a second computer for just watching the games while using the first computer. Anyway, this season, the net result has been watching very few games this season. In fact, so much so, that I actually FORGOT to watch the West Final which I did want to see.

Really, I never really got over being fucked over by the switch in viewing access by the NLL for the 2014 NLL Championship. I stopped being hard-core after that and am now only "Viagra-core".

I'm going to Game 2 in Rochester, and I'm practically going more to see some of my lacrosse loving friends than I am cause I want to go to the title game. I'm sure I'll have a great time at the game regardless, but considering I'm going to Utica the night beforehand for the UFC event and I'm going to Binghamton the next day to see a baseball game, the title game is almost my third favorite thing happening that weekend for me.

I've been pretty disappointed with the end of the Bandits season, and since there's no real NLL news going on outside of the 2 teams that are left, I haven't really had anything to discuss. Not only do I feel bad that the team lost, but also I miss having something to really follow.

Is the championship series on actual tv anywhere? For some reason I thought TSN was showing something.

TSN showing something would mean the NLL paying through the nose to force them to show it. They would rather show Jr. A hockey championships over showing the NLL/Junior/Senior A lacrosse.

I'm excited for the NLL Finals but outside of this board and the diehards nobody really cares. Which is a shame since I think it's going to be an entertaining series.

Well, it is a bye week and the 2017-2018 NLL season will be known as the Bye Week season.

To be fair, the NLL had to deal with Cirque du Soliel in Sasktel Center the first weekend of the finals. If Calgary had won the West, we'd be talking about game 1 that happened this past weekend in Rochester. His only option may have been to wait a weekend......which will put game 1 on Memorial Day weekend and the NCAA mens lax championship weekend.....which is the reason why the NLL allegedly delayed a week last year to start the finals (even though we all knew it was because the Swarm's arena was not available).

Thursday nights in Utica are awesome. Huge party city in the Summer, with UFC there it should be a blast.

Vin, chrome cast is great and for 30 dollars it is worth it. very easy to use.

Nobody should be surprised by the lack of coverage, we have all been following long enough to know that this league being taken seriously by the media will just never happen. I do wonder if there were an all Canadian match up if TSN would give it any time of day.

We went last month, but Tim Tebow didn't play. I was really excited to heckle that bum. :(

I couldn't care less about Tebow, I'm going to see Vladimir Guerrero, Jr. I went a few weeks ago but the game got rained out. Fortunately I got baseballs signed by Cavan Biggio, Bo Bichette, and a few others, so the trip was still worth it.

Really wasn't expecting to hear this said about Utica.... I'm looking forward to it though. Before the fights I'm gonna drive by the old Utica Blue Jays stadium, then find a bar and watch dudes beat each other up for my entertainment.

I plan on seeing Vlad Jr on Wednesday. I assume he'll be in AAA by July.

Oh I know haha, it's called Saranac Thursdays on Varick Street. When I did construction we had a year long project there on the transmission line towers. We would stay at the red roof all week and Fridays were a blow off day before we went back home for the weekend, so Thursday nights we would go out and boy was it a nice surprise. They close the street and you can bar hop their strip. It's busy but not too busy, almost resembles Buffalo. Nice variety of beer tents, bars, and night clubs. There was one place called Club Blu that I was going to recommend but I just looked it up and sadly they closed for good.

    If your arena is booked
**** it, you should have to host on a weekday
Don’t forget the black wolves played on a Monday night a few years ago

the nhl can play a 7 game series in 2 weeks why does it take the nll 4 weeks to get a 3 game series over with. Lost all continuity from having games every week for 4 plus months. Poor planning.
