Why don't more American players enter the NLL?

    Thrillis in his prime legitimately earned an NLL shot......Pity was that he never found a place to get game experience and prove he was anything more than a backup......and then real life pressures started taking hold.

    Exactly. He at least had a practice squad gig in 2007ish. In a 14 team league he could’ve been a starter.

    mikey powell... if this post was 12 years ago. same reasons though. just preferred field. and pursued his band. shame we never got to see him in the nll.

    Wasn't there a guy who criticized the league on Twitter last year for not having adequate dressing rooms/facilities and got fined his game pay, which was around $100? If that's the case, then his pay went to $150. Certainly not breaking the bank.
