"It's a gateway sport, you know. First you're watching soccer and then next thing you know you're gonna watch lacrosse."

I saw this too and turned to my wife and was like "WHAT!? I'm boycotting Dr. Pepper" which is easy, cause Dr. Pepper sucks.

I actually went through a phase in 2014 when I really liked Dr. Pepper. It all started when they gave out free samples of it at the Honda Indy and I realized it was obviously cheaper to get frequent free samples of Dr. Pepper than it was to buy a bottle of soda for $5.

I LOL'd. They're probably talking about outdoor lacrosse, which is total **** anyway.

This thread is making me crave a Dr. Pepper.

Good work, Dr. Pepper's marketing team.

The name is kinda a turn off though. Like why would I want a pepper flavored beverage? The ironic thing is, it's not even pepper flavored

I don't drink much soda, but Dr Pepper is my go-to when I do.

Dr Pepper is actually a year older than CocaCola. Back then soda was sold at pharmacys..it is probably named after a real doctor.

I don't drink much other than water these days, but when I do I actually do enjoy having a Sprite now and then. It's a nice change from my usual soda diet of Coca-Cola.
